Scope
This policy governs use and configuration of GuildWard. It does not attempt to regulate every conversation or activity inside a Customer’s Discord server.
Required conduct
Customers must use GuildWard lawfully, have authority to operate and configure each connected guild, grant only necessary permissions, give Members appropriate notices, provide a support route inside Discord, and collect only data relevant to a legitimate community entrance.
Prohibited use
You must not use GuildWard to:
- phish, collect credentials, request Discord passwords or request QR-code login;
- distribute malware, malicious links or unauthorized code;
- harass people, create abusive verification loops or deny support deceptively;
- discriminate unlawfully or facilitate prohibited high-risk eligibility decisions;
- collect excessive, irrelevant or unjustified personal data;
- request identity-document uploads through unsupported forms;
- impersonate Discord, GuildWard, Cloudflare or another provider;
- circumvent plan, rate, provider or security limits;
- automate billing abuse, chargeback fraud or provider-cost attacks;
- perform unauthorized security testing or interfere with service operation;
- facilitate illegal marketplaces, fraud, exploitation or other unlawful activity;
- use CAPTCHA, account age, message volume or AI output alone for an automatic ban;
- use deceptive branding, hidden purposes or dark patterns;
- inject advertisements, sponsored placements or affiliate promotions into GuildWard verification experiences; or
- upload or execute customer-supplied code through any content field.
Enforcement
GuildWard may investigate within legal and technical limits; reject a configuration; rate-limit, restrict or suspend Service access; preserve necessary evidence; and notify a Customer of remediation. Immediate action may be used for urgent security, legal or third-party platform risk.
Appeal
Customers may appeal an enforcement decision by writing to GuildWard, 1046 Budapest, Klauzál utca 9., with the organization name, affected Discord guild, decision reference if known, and a short explanation. GuildWard will review appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable period. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
