Activity follows the journey
Activity explains what happened to a member or system operation:
- member joined and verification started;
- private link delivered or fallback offered;
- challenge or assurance step completed;
- review requested and decision returned;
- member decision notification queued, delivered or unavailable;
- Pro Rejoin Guard matched, expired or was revoked;
- role action started, completed or failed;
- probation graduated or reverification triggered.
Each event can include correlation ID, result, normalized failure and the Flow Version that governed the journey.
Audit follows administrative accountability
Audit records who changed the system and why:
- configuration or rule changed;
- Flow Version published or rolled back;
- reviewer assigned or decision submitted;
- decision notification mode selected;
- Rejoin Guard entry created, changed, extended or revoked;
- trusted principal added or removed;
- enforcement mode changed;
- provider configured;
- export or sensitive operation requested.
Entries connect actor, reason, policy version, resource and result in an append-only operational audit trail. GuildWard does not market that trail as legally immutable evidence.
One correlation across systems
A correlation ID links the flow execution, provider step, review case, role action and associated failure without exposing raw continuation secrets. Teams can move from a member-facing problem to the relevant operational history.
Retention and export
Free includes 7-day Activity and Audit history, Community 30 days and Pro 180 days. Pro adds export and webhook delivery for approved event categories. High-volume agreements can define custom retention under applicable privacy and legal requirements.
