Custom Bot Identity changes how the GuildWard bot member appears inside the selected server. The underlying verified Discord application remains GuildWard.

AI protection without surprise charges

Only eligible new-member or probation messages that reach the AI classification stage after deterministic filtering count toward the Smart Shield allowance. Ordinary server chat is not automatically analyzed under this allowance, and quotas count analyzed eligible messages—not model tokens.

When the allowance is exhausted, model calls pause while CAPTCHA, rules, rate controls and deterministic protections remain active. Overage is disabled by default. Additional prepaid analysis packs are priced transparently inside the GuildWard dashboard, and customer content is not used to train the model.

Pay only when an external verification service is used

Age Assurance

An external specialist evaluates an age threshold and returns the minimum useful result where possible. Checks are charged per completed provider event, with the exact price shown before activation. GuildWard does not store identity-document images.

Identity Verification

The provider hosts document and biometric collection. Pricing is region- and method-dependent and appears before activation. GuildWard stores the minimum result, expiry and provider reference needed by the flow.

SMS or phone verification

Country and provider costs vary. Per-member and per-server budgets limit usage, and the exact price appears before the step is enabled.

Additional Smart Shield capacity

Prepaid analysis packs extend the included allowance. Deterministic protection continues when a pack is exhausted, and automatic overage requires explicit customer approval.

Security features should not be financed by ads

Free is genuinely usable. Every plan keeps verification advertisement-free, and members are never monetized through sponsored screens or affiliate redirects. Tenant isolation, accountable audit and secure role actions are never premium-only.

Paid plans fund workflow depth, branding, team functionality, retention and advanced protection. Billing issues do not erase audit history or bypass safe role-action behavior.

Pricing FAQ

Is Free really advertisement-free?

Yes. Free verification pages contain no display ads, affiliate offers, sponsored downloads or marketing redirects.

Is a credit card required?

No card is required for Free.

Is pricing per Discord server?

Yes. Community and Pro are priced per protected Discord server. Organization views can include multiple separately subscribed servers.

What counts as a verification journey?

A new Flow Execution started for a Discord member. Retries inside the same execution do not create another monthly journey.

What counts as a Smart Shield analysis?

An eligible new-member or probation message that reaches the AI classification stage after deterministic filtering.

What happens when the AI allowance is exhausted?

Smart Shield model calls pause. CAPTCHA, rules, rate controls, deterministic checks and other configured protections continue.

Are KYC and Age Assurance included?

No. External provider checks are usage-based because cost varies by method and region.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Is VAT included?

Taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the billing location.

Are refunds available?

Refund eligibility and mandatory consumer rights are described in the Terms presented before purchase.
