Important role note
“Provider” does not automatically mean “subprocessor.” Discord and Cloudflare may act as processors, independent controllers or in different roles for different operations, depending on the activity and the applicable contracts.

Infrastructure
GuildWard stores application records in PostgreSQL operated as part of GuildWard’s deployment. Where object storage is enabled for guild branding assets, an S3-compatible storage provider configured by the deployment operator processes uploaded images and related metadata solely for that purpose.
Changes
GuildWard will update this list when a new provider is added for production processing of personal data and will give Customers reasonable advance notice of material subprocessor changes where contractually or legally required.
