AI-assisted scam detection
Smart Shield classifies eligible activity for contextual phishing, impersonation, malware, giveaway and coordinated-promotion patterns. It supplies structured indicators to policy and reviewers rather than operating as an autonomous punishment engine.
Accountable review
Send applications and uncertain cases to authorized reviewers with evidence summaries, deadlines, required reasons and conflict-safe decisions. Approval always notifies the member; denial can notify or be proactively silent without removing the truthful status, Activity, Audit or configured support and appeal route.
Pro Rejoin Guard
Carry an explicit adverse or unresolved decision across leave and rejoin events without building a shared blacklist. Server-scoped, expiring entries can observe, keep the member Restricted, reopen review or deny a fresh journey. Kick-on-rejoin remains a separately authorized exceptional action.
Custom Bot Identity
Pro servers can give GuildWard a server-specific display name and avatar. Configuration remains tenant-scoped and versioned, Discord changes run through durable idempotent jobs, drift is visible, and loss of Pro access restores the standard GuildWard identity without deleting the saved configuration.
Operations and assurance
